HappyPhone is part of E2, a startup building a kinder, friendlier internet. Our callers make phone calls for entrepreneurs and small businesses in the US and Europe: booking appointments, following up leads, confirming orders, and keeping customers happy. Every call is logged in a simple Google Sheet, so business owners can see the good work you did.
Our team lead Ermalieh helped write this list. It is how we filter for people who are really willing to learn, and it keeps things clear for everyone from day one.
You know how to record your own voice clearly, on your phone or computer. Our work starts with your voice, so this one matters most.
HappyPhone tasks live in Google Sheets. Every call and every voice record gets logged in the Sheet, so you need to be comfortable reading and updating one.
You will be talking with customers in the US and Europe. Clear, friendly, confident English is the heart of this job.
Every client gives us a script and a list. Reading instructions properly, and following them exactly, is how our callers shine.
All voice records are recorded in the Google Sheet, and part of the job is monitoring those records and checking that each one is correct. Careful people thrive here.

Tapey is our little voice recorder, and it works right in your browser, no app to install and no account to make. Here is exactly how to use it:
1. Open e2.life/tapey on your phone or computer.
2. Tap the big red record button. If your browser asks about the microphone, tap Allow.
3. Say who you are, where you are from, and a little about your phone experience. About a minute is perfect. If the team gave you a script to read, read that.
4. Tap stop, give it a quick listen, and if you are happy with it, tap the button to get your link.
5. Copy your tape link. It looks like e2.life/t/ and a short code. That link is your recording, keep it handy for step 3.
Come back to the happy phone channel in our Discord and post your Tapey link there, with a line or two about yourself. That post is your application. Ermalieh, our team lead, picks it up from there and sets up your paid audio test, and your photo and recording join our Applicants page, where business owners can hear you. Then the real calls begin.
